Wow, these are some NICE washers!  And powder coated at that! Trust me, go powder coated over spray painted if you want artificially colored washers. The paint is baked on and will last a lot longer (unless you play on concrete, which you wouldn't want to do).
These 2 1/2" and 3 1/2" washers pictured below are from Joel at http://www.WasherTossnFool.com. He has just about every sized washer you'll ever need to play a good ol' game of washers. Sizes range from 2" to 4". I'll tell ya, that 3 1/2" washer is a beast! It takes up my entire palm (see pic below). They are quality washers, powder coated to perfection and delivered to you in a nice tin can to hold/store them. Joel also sells on Ebay.
